9 gb "other" on my iphone 4S, what the hell?

Hey today I noticed all of the sudden there is 9 gb of my iphone of "other" I have no idea what it is, my camera roll is less than a gig and that is the only thing I have access too until we can jb right? I have tried syncing and doing a hard reboot but it is still there, can someone help?
