90 Day Restriction

I have two iTunes accounts one a shared one between my family and another is my personal. I had a mix of music from both accounts downloaded to my iPod, the music on my computer was from our shared account which I had synced over to my iPod and then I downloaded music from my personal account directly onto my iPod from the iTunes app. It was all perfect until my iPod had to be restored (long story) so i set it back up, synced my music back over and assumed it would work. Now my iTunes account is locked in to the shared one on both my computer and iPod for 90 days. Are there any solutions to this?
