90 degree lightning extender or 3.5mm audio cable in the UK?

Hey everyone
I've just purchased a stabilising gimbal (Zhiyun Smooth 4) and I'm trying to find either a 90 degree lighting male to female extender, OR, a 90 degree lightning to 3.5mm audio socket cable so I can use an external levalier mic while filming with my iPhone X + gimbal.

Anyone know if one of these exists and if they do, where I could get one from here in the UK.
