I'm contemplating a move to Mac. I work in an environment where it isn't unusual to use the desktop sharing feature of microsoft netmeeting to communicate with people offsite.

Is it possible to share a mac desktop with a windows user via netmeeting, and vice versa?

Thanks.

VNC

If you mean desktop sharing, there is a protical called VNC that is platform independent, it can share any computer desktop with any computer. But I am not sure if this is what you are looking for.

I guess I wasn't specific enough. I am aware of VNC and use it from time to time. But I'm not looking for alternatives to microsoft netmeeting. What I am looking for is software that runs on Mac and is compatible with Microsoft Netmeeting Desktop Sharing (as opposed to the video conferencing portion of Netmeeting, which is less important). The rest of the company still uses microsoft, and netmeeting is the way they communicate.

It looks like Timbuktu is fairly close, but I haven't found Netmeeting compatibility in the Timbuktu feature list.
