I have the 1st gen iPhone and will be upgrading to the new iPhone this summer. My question is, if I have paid jailbroken apps on my 1st gen, when I upgrade, will I be able to keep those apps, or will I have to repurchase them?

You'll be able to redownload them on your new device. You just login with the same info and it'll show that you already purchased said apps. The ones I bought on my iPhone 3G worked when I got my 3GS, and also on my iPad

Thanks! It's been over a year since I had my phone jailbroke. I don't remember much of the details.
