The iPhone pre-order issues were because of AT&T, not the Apple servers.
Heads up: iBooks for iPhone isn't out yet; it's still only the iPad app. iMovie isn't out either.
I just know that people are going to be looking for it early.
I went to Apple's iTunes site to download it as Software Update takes forever to see updates. I upgraded from the beta.

i just went to itunes and 9.2 is out so im currently downloading it so i can try and replace my beta version
If I can download it early before the activation mess begins I will. That's one less thing for someone to have to do.
That's why I don't generally use Software Update if I can avoid it.wtf?
