Was on hold 48 min...... the guy told me because I ordered more than 1 phone on the account apple canceled one of them. Of course they canceled the $199 phone and not the $599 phone. I asked him where this policy was posted and he said it wasn't. Apple just told them yesterday. I asked him what Apple was doing to accommodate all the people who had their money tied up for nothing. He said he does not know "at this time". Before we hung up he wanted me to have a nice day though
