AT&T Premier - Shipping Email Arrived!!

I just got an email from AT&T to tell me that my iphone has shipped!

We shipped your recently placed AT&T Premier order.
If you pre-ordered the iPhone 4, it is staged for pickup by our shipping carrier. Because of unprecedented volume, it may be as much as 72 hours before the carrier can provide any detailed information to you. Please don't be concerned if you visit the carrier's site and specific information about your order is not provided. The information will be updated when the carrier picks up the order at our warehouse.


Yeah! Now hopefully my husband's phone will ship soon too.
 
I just received my shipping confirmation email as well. It would've been a nice gesture if they included your shipping address on both your confirm and shipping confirm email.
 
I wish everyone would give more info when they're posting these happy stories. Like when did you order, what was the order date on the AT&T site, and were you backordered?

-I ordered at 7:40 am EST.
-Order date said 6/15 on ATT site (said Updated 6/16 on Premier site)
-Backordered up until yesterday.
-Said shipped on AT&T this morning.
-Received email 30 minutes ago.

-Order date said 6/15 on ATT site and Premier
-Backordered up until 6/19.
-Said shipped on AT&T this morning.
-Received email 15 minutes ago.
 
is it safe to assume that those who don't receive a shipping email today will probably get it ont eh 25th or later?

After getting the Premier e-mail shipping conformation, it listed steps to activate the iPhone requiring you to call AT&T, which is different from the initial confirmation e-mail which said we can do it online.

What are you people going to do once you get your phone?

Connect the phone to iTunes to activate it.
 
Does AT&T ship from their U.S. warehouse or from China? Those of you with FedEx tracking numbers will be able to tell. If they are shipping from within the continental US, then we all have hope of getting it on the 24th.
 
Ordered online at the Premier website - June 15 around 8:00 AM Eastern

I just spoke to a lady at Fed Ex and she said that the phones are loaded on pallets and will begin to ship out tomorrow. She also said that until that happens, the tracking numbers we were provided with will not work.
 
Got my email from Premier also. Also got another email from AT&T about service guide or something.

Ordered at 4:53am on 6/15 (Blk 32GB).

I envy you all! I ordered mine on 6/15 (Premier website) at 1:30 PST but it didn't transfer over to the regular site until 6/16. It says I placed my order on 6/16 -_- I have a feeling I'm getting pushed to the back of the line..
 
Ordered at 1:30 AM on 6/15 but posted on 6/17

I still don't have a shipping confirmation. I successfully ordered mine and my wifes at 1:30AM PST on June 15th and got a confirmation email at 2:03 AM same day.

Premier status website acknowledged the 6/15 order date. However, ATT Wireless site shows order placed on June 17th :confused: and it shows backordered.

But again, I called Premier support and she confirmed that both orders are fulfilled and pending shipping. And they are not backordered. And if they are, she'd tell me.

Status as of Monday the 21st at 9:50AM PST is still 'processing'. :(

Congrats! Can you please confirm what the order placed date showing in attwireless.com under your mobile number? I ordered mine on 6/15 same time you did but attwireless.com shows it posting on 6/17.

my order date changed.
I ordered on 6/15 on premier but the status page had 6/16.
Today it was changed to 6/15
 
still backordered :(
