Thanks to the dev-team. They've had the unlocks ready to go for a while now but had to save it for this day.

Get it by adding the repo "repo666.ultrasn0w.com" and download ultrasn0w 0.93 in Cydia. Those of you who upgraded to 3.1.3 by accident can now unlock your phones for all GSM carriers.
