Hi All,

It is time to discuss another topic for the fortnightly challenge. If you have a suggestion, throw it out.

John

Whatever it is, I hope it's something I can take while I'm on vacation in Seattle next week.

Symmetrical/Asymmetrical ( two different framings of the same subject )

Gets my early vote.

Welcome to the Challenge. We try to make the topics as artistically general as possible so all can participate. Enjoy your stay in Seattle. I live in the Tacoma area and am over in Yakima for a few days.

I like Symmetrical/Asymmetrical, either as one or two images. I'm hoping to find time to get out and shoot before too long. For better or worse, my summer pass times and time with my kids take up enough time to make it challenging to get out and shoot.

Okay everyone, today is the last day to vote. Please vote for one topic and I will tally the results and post the challenge tomorrow.

Hi, all. I am enjoying the early summer heat in Yakima, Washington. Lots of walking, swimming and camera stuff. I will be back in my home range tomorrow.

Lots if ideas for the next Challenge. The only one with multiple votes as of now is Symmetrical/Asymmetrical. Vote for others in the list if you like them better.

If we decide to use the symmetry idea, I would prefer to leave the interpretation open. It could be symmetrical and/or asymmetrical. Two compositions of the same subject or just the symmetrical or asymmetrical framing.

I second these thoughts. Don't want to restrict the theme too much.
