They're both horrible. They both use a soft film which will create an orange peel effect and eventually yellow over time.

Wait for PowerSupport to release their versions in July. For now, grab whatever is the cheapest as a temporary solution. Or just use saran wrap because that's basically the quality you'll get from Wrapsol or InvisibleShield. :)

thanks, but I dont want my soon to ship Iphone 4 to get scratches on it.

Between the wrapsol ultra ($30) and the zagg invisible shield ($20 with coupon), which is better?

Are there coupons for the wrapsol?

NOT true. Wrapsol DOES NOT yellow over time. Yes, it does have the rubbery/orange peel feel, but does not distort the picture. I do not know where you get your facts, but that is not true. Don't start throwing around "facts" unless you can prove it. Wrapsol is the high quality product of it's type. PowerSupport is a completely different type of film for a different application.

Please, learn your facts before putting down a good company like Wrapsol.

PowerSupport is great for people who do not need drop protection and just want a clear picture with protection from minor scuffs and scratches. These kind are SUPER clear.

Wrapsol is for people who want complete scratch protection and minor drop protection more than they need absolute clarity.

Completely different applications. I've tried almost all of these. Wrapsol doesn't yellow and it comes with a lifetime warranty.

EDIT:

Wrapsol is 10x better than Invisible Shield. Use discount code: chatter

It's all personal opinion. Neither are horrible like gmail is saying. I had a Wrapsol back on my 3GS and it was by far the best I've ever used. I had a Power Support anti glare on the front and it was the worst I've ever seen IMO. It didn't block any glare and it made the screen really washed out. Maybe the PS crystal ones are better but the anti glare was the worst screen protector ive ever used and ive used Invisible Shield, Wrapsol, and Best Skins Ever. Honestly there is no way of knowing what you like until you try a couple.

I have to agree mostly. It's personal opinion, but in my experience... Wrapsol protects better.

Don't listen to either of those guys. They're just feeding money into company's with good marketing.

Go on eBay and buy a front+rear protector for $5 shipped until a good product comes out. It'll basically be the same product as these two companies mentioned. There's not that many different formulas for the basic film. All these companies do is add their compounds to it for various reasons.

Honestly though, it's your money. I just wouldn't waste it on inferior products knowing that significantly better products are on the horizon. It doesn't make much sense.

I guess it's too late.
Ordered the wrapsol about 50 minutes ago. Heared a ton of great feedback!

I don't get the yellow screen thing?
W/e, ill guess ill try it out!:apple:

He's just eliting and trying to look cool. Just ignore him. You ordered a good product.

How long does it take for the invisishield to "yellow"? I've had one on my first generation iPod Classic since launch and it looks as clear as ever before.

It took mine a good year to yellow, but Zagg has a lifetime warranty. It's easy to be replaced. Wrapsol has the same lifetime warranty.

You DO know you can simply peel it off after the year or so that it supposedly takes to yellow and put another one on. By that time the shield itself will most likely have some scuffs from use and the puriest will want to replace it anyway.

I mentioned this to the OP in another thread as well. Invisible Shield comes with a warranty. It's free to replace!

Agreed. I use the PowerSupport products prior and love them. How easily does the Invisible Shield come off? I put on on the front for protection until the PowerSupport order ships in 30 days.

Thanks,

Jim

I can speak highly of the PowerSupport products as I used them on my 3GS and loved them. They are very easy to put on and you do not have to deal with the liquid application method.

I preferred the crystal over the anti-glare as it does not interfere with the beautiful screen.

Like it was mentioned by someone else, I will be picking up a cheap film until the PowerSupport is ready in the latter part of July.

I'm also on the fence with regards to a screen protector.
it's definitely going to be either a wrapsol, powersupport or a SGP. I'm undecided.

in the meantime, I picked up 3 pack iFrogz anti-glare protector from bestbuy last night.
with a 18-month old in the house, going 'naked' is not an option....

also picked up a gray ifrogz lux case which is really nice but I wish they had it in black.
i tried to look up various available colors on their website but for some reason, they do not list any of their i4 cases.....weird!

I put my IS on last night and I hate it! As soon as I get a better screen protector it's coming off! It's rubbery and the "micro bubbles" don't seem to be moving.

I think those micro bubbles you're referring to are what many refer to as the "orange peel" effect, and chances are, they won't go away. Tis the nature of the IS.

Me and my friend split a 3 pack of e ifrogz antiglare and I cannot stand they wqy they did the cutouts

I got my ultra crystal sgp pack yesterday. I consider myself to be very decent at apply screen protectors. My power support iPad screen install was flawless and quick. Used sgp AG on my two 3GS phones and they installed well. For some reason yesterday I could not get the screen to align right by the ear piece. It kept giving me this ring of bubble around that area even if the rest looked aligned properly. I finally gave up and ripped it off and will try a fresh go this weekend with the second screen. It it does the same thing I'm shipping int back and waiting.

Anyone heard of stealthguards? they offer full body for 9.99 but they're probably pretty crappy. I'd appreciate any feedback. thanx
