Lexar High-Performance microSDXC 633x 64GB UHS-I Flash Memory Card LSDMI64GBBNL633R

64 gig took 2 hrs 48 mins. = 6.5 MB/s not even close to the 95 MB/s.
Using Lexar 3.0 high speed card reader.

Tested R/W with various softwares different size files still getting 6 - 6.5 MB/s read.

All 4 USB ports are v 3.0 and still getting the same 6.5 MS/s read.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have an microSD-SD adapter nearby? Try plugging it in directly into the iMac.

My apologies for taking so long to get this sorted and getting back with my solution.

Thanks to all who posted replies.

Much appreciation to all.

The Lexar USB 3.0 high speed card reader was the first issue.

My microSD card reader was the other issue.

Once I started using a microSDXC card adapter the speeds increased to write 30 and read 80+.

On the 27" iMac Late 2012 internal SD card reader.

Using blackMagic Disk Speed Test.

This pic is for a different card but I am getting the same for this card.

I tested the fully 64gig transfer and copied in just 15 to 18 minutes.
