9600m problem?

I can't take a screenshot with the 9600m on battery only. This is only the
-Shift-3 screenshot.

How about command+shift+4 or command+shift+4+spacebar?

someone posted something about this a while back, and it seems it affects all 9600 users. hopefully apple will provide a fix eventually, otherwise its just a limitation we'll have to live with.
