I am in the process of my second transaction with Gazelle and I'm starting to wonder if they always downgrade the condition of iphones.
I just sent a phone marked as good because it had light scratches and scuff marks (matching Gazelle criteria) and they just emailed me to let me know that my phone's condition is "average" because:
A year ago, when I sent in a new phone (Apple had done a warranty replacement several days before it was sent off) and Gazelle insisted it was only in good condition.
Do they always do this?
