I can't receive calls... I need a bumper?

Hello

I get calls fine, but if I am playing a game, I can't, if the phone is in my pocket, I can't... Should I get a bumper for these purposes only?

Cases from Apple - none found on website... There are some from o2 though...

What should I do?

test it that this happens FOR SURE everytime.. and if it does, then take it to the apple store.. they'll give you a new phone within 5 minutes..

as long as you don't have physical damage nor water damage of course

and no, a bumper won't fix that issue.. i play games and my phone is in my pocket all the time and i and pretty much everyone else here gets calls no problem.

What are you using to test this problem with?

Could it be that you are in Edge and not 3G?
