Best buy to give away free zagg shield for iPhone 4?

lol i know its the antenna shield, thats why i said "the side" of the iphone 4, not front and back!
 
okay this is true. i have confirmed it. but the catch is that you have to had purchased your ip4 from best buy....which is pretty much no one.

Negative. I just picked one up at my local Best Buy and I didn't purchase it there. However, you need to have a Rewards card.

Not sure if your reception will be affected by having two layers (film & case).

Edit: It seems I get better reception with this shield and no case. I lose bars when I have both this film and the case. It's still early to have a final verdict since I just have been experimenting with it.
 
I can confirm and say this zagg bumper works against the reception, and doesnt make your iphone 4 look like it has a giant band-aid lol. Works like a charm, only con about this is let l the sales person do it, its a pain to put on, especially by the headphone and volume buttons.
 
My questions is, will this and a case actually hurt the signal? I have a great case now and my local Best Buy are giving them away so can anyone let me know? Thanks!

Most cases do not fit well with the Zagg on the side or back.
 
i just came back from BB and they asked for proof of purchase at BB before giving it to me. had to get the receipt from the customer service desk.
 
just put it on and tested it. it doesn't completely prevent the attenuation when doing the death grip cause the strip doesn't cover the complete width of the antenna. does seem to help a little bit, doesn't go down as fast it seems...
