98% health after 6 cycles, is that normal?

SO I just bought a mbp 13, I been trying my best not overcharging, by charging it fully then let it drain to the last 30min or so before charging it fully again. Have I been doing it wrong?

I would say just use it. It was meant to be used, and it is hard to hurt the modern batteries that they put in these computers. I try not to let mine completely drain very often, but that's about it. I usually use it on battery once every few days and recharge at around 20% remaining. As long as you're not trying to kill it, it will be fine.
