Lost my iphone 4

anyway

I have insurance with Natwest.

Next stage is to go to police, then phone up my bank then O2

but my question is... will I get a brand new iphone 4?

and how long until it comes?

whats your deductible though? mine was stolen also, I have renters insurance but the deductible is 500 so there masnt much point to putting a claim in. My credit card is supposed to credit me the 200 I paid originally

Check with your credit card company. For American Express, they would revert back the iphone charge. So if you charge $399 on your Amex, Amex will take away $399 from your bill. You have up to 90 days.

No insurance with AT&T? There are 4 levels of insurance for phones w/ T-Mobile, from $1.99 to $5.99 per month but the deductable for the Vibrant in $130.

AT&T does offer issuance for iPhone now, through Asurion. It's called Mobile Protect. Not cheap, but I paid $700 for my 32GB iP4, so it is worth it to me.

as far as i know, in the US ATT offers no insurance on the iPhone. what it comes down too is that you will probably just have to buy another one honestly. sucky situation but that is most likely the resolution.

Did you read my post above? AT&T DOES offer insurance for the iPhone now. Just look up "Mobile Protect" in the App store.… I downloaded it this afternoon, so I know it's available now.
