Have anyone else notice this? I am not sure if this is part of the jailbreak. Done it every time, and this is the first time I've seen something like this.

I figured it out, it's a bug of "Activator", when you go in to Activator it does have Admobs activated, and sometime when you go back to settings it gets stuck.

I'll submit a bug report tomorrow early :)
 
I had the same observation. You can fix it by going to activator then clicking "back". It happens when you view activator and hit the home button before going back to the main menu.
