Hi there,
Last Monday I took delivery of my 15" 2011 Macbook Pro. I calibrated the battery right away.
Last night, I was using the laptop in bed, and the charge went down to 52%. I set the laptop on the nightstand and went to sleep. In the morning, I took it over to my desk and plugged it in - the battery was at 51%, but the status was "NOT CHARGING". I reset the SMC and it seems to have fixed that issue.
Today, I was looking at the iStat Pro widget - it says my battery health is at 99%. 99% after a week of (light) use? At this rate, the battery is only going to last me two years.
Is this normal?
