99 iPhone 4S is 16GB

Yes I did notice that...
I always thought it was a bit sneaky of Apple to drop the price of the iPhone 4 but also take out 8GB of storage. Nice to see they have not de-contented the 4S and kept it at 16GB. Still not sure it is a better value than the 5 though.

iPhone 4S only $99 it's really worth it, because if u are not amazed by the iPhone 5, get the $99 4S because i have installed the GM version of iOS6 and boy, this 4S feels so much faster and responsive. it surely holds up until next year for the iPhone 5S.

And bought 2 (@ $99) for family yesterday as soon as Apple Store came back up after keynote. Already had them delivered this afternoon. For me however, it's iP5!
