Also, I noticed that Backgrounder doesn't work with iOS 4.0.2

Well...I'm on a 2nd gen iPod touch so that doesn't affect me much. Backgrounder will probably be updated soon too.

Also, can somebody who is running iOS 4.0 or 4.0.1 and has access to SSH go to System>Library>PrivateFrameworks and see if there is a folder called MobileWirelessSync.framework?
Just sounded like Wireless Syncing to me and don't remember having that folder before.

I don't know about that. Remember, the developers need jailbroken phones to perfect and troubleshoot their apps on new firmware versions.
I suspect the DevTeam will not waste an exploit on 4.0.2 with 4.1 close to dropping.
My point is very few will be jailbroken on 4.0.2 (other than 3G) so I wouldn't expect many Cydia apps to get "fixed" for 4.0.2
This is precisely why experienced jailbreakers NEVER rush into updates, NEVER !

OK - you're not going to update to 4.0.2, but you're probably going to update to iOS 4.0 which will include the same fix.
What does 4.0 have to do with anything? Did you mean 4.1? If so, then that's a completely different matter; 4.1 will no doubt include useful new functionality, something 4.0.2 does not. My point is that you've invited compatibility problems with jailbreak apps and closed a useful exploit in exchange for absolutely no benefits.

Most of us who had or still have 3GS iDevices sat on jailbroken and stable firmware 3.1.2 for what 6 or 8 months before we upgraded even though 3.1.3 was released (no jailbreak for that for a very long time).
Yes, I meant 4.1 (sorry). The only reason I jailbreak is for multitasking, and that's something I'm willing to live without if needed, until iOS 4.1 is released (at which point I'll jailbreak again with more apps working at that time).
