I got the book so I can get certified as a Apple Certified Support Professional and I just finished reading it. I could not really afford to take the 3 day training.
Do any of you guys think that I should buys some kind of study material/ practice test online to study for the test or is the questions in the book good enough? When I tried to download the demo it was all for windows?
Can some help me? Was the exam hard? Any pointers would help!
