a bad / faulty flash?

i searched, found some similar examples but nothing quite like what my iphone 4s flash is producing. sometimes, more often than not my flash will literally appear in the corner of my photos. i have a incipio feather case on it -- with the case off, the pictures produce the same result. no, i dont have any film on the back. has anyone else experienced this -- how did you resolve?

I would say to find a Genius to check it out and possibly replace the phone. Remember to keep the pictures that show the effect.
