Could someone recommend a battery pack that is able to fast charge the iphone 11 pro and the touchbar macbook pro 13"? I keep seeing people recommending getting a USB Power Delivery battery pack, but isn't anything over 15 w automatically power delivery compliant? For example this ravpower power bank https://www.ravpower.com/products/rp-pb201-pd-60w-20000mah-portable-charger , it looks like it fits my criteria, it says 60w and the macbook uses a 61w charger, but it still should work, right?

Another thing that confuses me is that it says: 45w output pd port and 15 w output "ismart" port, wouldn't that mean, that if I am charging my iphone and my macbook pro at the same time, the macbook pro will still consume battery but only slower that if I wasn't using the power bank?

Can I charge this device with the 15w iphone charger o do I have to use the macbook pro 13 charger in order for it to properly charge?

Thanks for the help

That one appears that it is a total of 60Wv (45/15) instead of 60W on PD. I found this one that is 60W PD and 18W on the other:

If you use 45W, it should just charge slower. I'm not sure about >15W but I know for sure you need to watch with 15W. I had two 15W banks once, and only one of the two would charge my Switch. The other nothing would happen.

It kinda looks like the same one, maybe the specs look a bit different because one is sold directöy by amazon and the other one bz a third party seller?
