A browser with tab groups but each group of tabs has their own set of bookmarks?

I want something like Arc browser's spaces or the features in other browsers where you can have different sets / groups of tabs, but I want each tab group to also have their own set of bookmarks in a bookmarks bar. When I switch between groups, one set of bookmarks and folders in the bar is swapped with the ones in the group I'm switching to.
The only other browser I know that does this is Edge but I can't change the UI with CSS, but at the very least I'd like the toolbar to not use up a lot of space, same with the context menus, they're ginormous.

SigmaOS will do those things I believe.
As does Opera, come to think of it.

I've never used SigmaOS and have not looked it at all but I do know that it's is built on WebKit which has some advantages. Opera I think is borderline spyware these days but I haven't touched it since the year 2000 so I can't say for sure.

Personally, I'm a very happy Orion user.
