My macbook pro does not boot normally when it is cold.
to clarify, when it boots, it shows a folder with question mark. However, SMART is verified, and also passed on tech tool. Apple Hardware shows no problem even on extended. I ran fsck -fy on single user mode and the volume is okay.
the system boots normally after several tries, in essence, at the same moments when the MacBook pro warms up a bit.
It seems like a temerpature issue with the HDD, is that even possible?
for example, here is a tech tool results that shows the HDD Temperature change is fail.
Note: Battery status is "service battery" - is that a possibility too?
any input or help is well appreciated
Additional info:
Macbook pro 13'' mid 2012
MacOS Sierra
no third party peripherals
Third party software:
GraphicConverter 10
MacTex-Latex
VLC
Affinity photos
Complete anatomy
