Hi

Apologies to start another thread...

I have a in-desk dock made by made2dock http://made2dock.myshopify.com/products/dock-in-desk (the no case version! didn't know I would get a case in the future :D)

I am after a case where I can take the bottom bit off to dock/charge as I don't want to take the entire case off. The Incase Slider I have read causes some scratches to appear, does anyone know of anything similar?

Thanks very much

@vito i own a chrome incase slider i would add that it's a pain to take the bottom off.. the fit is ok when the case is alone, but the iphone inside makes the operation difficult

Any recommendations? I just want something which I can dock without having to completely remove the case all the time.

Unless I buy some sort of dock adaptor/extender?

Ta

A case that I've been really pleasantly surprised with is the DLO VideoShell in matte black.

This case has the "slider" design where the bottom slides off for docking, and has an integrated flip out stand for watching video. The bottom comes off a lot easier than the Incase Slider bottom does, and it has a matte, "soft-touch" finish on it that makes it really easy to grip and not slippery at all. It was $24 at a Staples office store, and everyone that has seen it on my phone has complimented it. It's basically a copy of the Incase Slider, but I like it much more than the several Incase models I have, because usually with the Incase, the bottom fits so tight that when you are trying to remove it to dock the phone, you actually end up pulling off the top part instead. And the integrated video stand in this model is so useful.

Not sure about the availability in the UK though, since I just noticed that's where you are.
