We've added a little information in the Forum Rules, under "Things Not To Do".

Reposting. Please don't repost entire articles from other sites. To initiate a discussion about an article, post a link to the article, quote a bit of it if you like, and include your own comments or questions so people know why you think it's worthy of discussion.

It's really only a clarification, since this is a matter of common sense more than anything else. But it's been an unstated moderation policy, and for that reason it's a good idea for everyone to have it spelled out.

We mention it here because we assume people don't necessarily have reason to go back and read the rules just to see if anything has changed!
 
I know the rule stands on its own but I've noticed in the PSRI forums people generally ask for the entire article (if its not pages and pages long).
