I have a iphone a friend gave me and im using at&t. I blocked data with at&t and turned it off on the phone. I wanting to know if i restore the phone will i need to reactivate the phone? what exactly does activating entail?

Most confusing post of the year award goes to you my friend! First of all, why would you turn off data? Secondly, when you restore the phone on iTunes it reactivates it.

OMG, your post made my head SPIN!

a) Why have iphone without data? Car without wheels?

b) If you use it without data, there's a good chance AT&T will ADD data.

c) When you plug it into iTunes it'll activate as long as there's an AT&T sim in it.

Next time, read the post after you write it because your post was a bit scattered.. It's likely really early morning (or really late night) so we'll just let it slide this time, hehe
