A couple of apps

Just thought I would share a little trick I found when using two apps in conjunction with each other. We have all seen (and most used) poof, the app that lets you simply hide your apps on the springboard. and there is a nice little app out there made by TUAWs own Erica called app flow (coverflow for apps...get it?) I will be the first to say that app flow is not the best, with low rez icons the feature looks a bit yuck but then I noticed that it shows up applications that are hidden. I am a total neat freak, I like things looking organised and sleek so I don’t want one or two use apps all over the place, I hide them using poof and if I need them again I us app flow...

I have hidden

Make it Mine (used to delete the word iPod and replace it with nothing)
Banner (used to delete the time and replace it with nothing)
Customize (not used)
Summerboard (used to change dock and remove all icon labels)
Killboard (used in testing)
IMflow (don’t use a lot)
Boss Tool (used to change prefs)
Boss prefs (unused)
Stocks (NEVER USED)
Weather (used once – now i just look outside)
Youtube (when ever I have WIFI, I am at work or at home)

I even used it to hide poof itself.

You should use the Categories app and put your least to never used apps in and Rare category. That way you just have to touch an icon to get to those apps.

Used catagorize for a while, it worked fine. But the problem is that sometimes the icons don’t show up again when you try to remove them from the group.

This kind of turned me against it forever!
