I recently "upgraded" from a 2010 Mac Pro to the new Mini. Along with this came an upgrade to Mojave.
Quirk number 1 carried over:
Every time I boot, all of my drives that are mapped from the network open a finder window on the desktop. I clicked "Hide" on the login items but that doesn't seem to change this behavior. How do I map the drive on boot without opening a Finder window?
Second quirk is new:
Several programs have decided to always open in the top or bottom left corner rather than where I last opened them. I am using an Ultrawide display, so this is putting them in a space where I have to drag them over each time.
Any hints appreciated!
