A couple of questions about the new Watch SE

Does the new Apple Watch SE support the fast charging that was introduced with the Watch 7? If so what’s the minimum wattage power adapter I need to support this?

I want to get a screen protector so I'm wondering if a screen protectors made for the previous SE will fit the new one? Do they have the same sized screens?

its not like the watches take long to charge, compared to a phone or iPad.

Would getting the series 7 cellular at $400 for be a better watch than the new SE2 cellular for only a $70 difference?
