A crashing of the safari.

As of late, my browser crashes more often than not. When it is not crashing, it is running quite slowly. The error message I recieve is as follows:

Safari quit unexpectedly while using the .SDLinsightProfessional.so pug-in.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm guessing malware

I had something similar to this a couple of days ago.

try this https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3271

run the malware checker. make sure you quit safari before you run it.

What Mac OS X version are you running and what Safari version are you running?
