Don't know if these have all been discovered or not, but here are a few I stumbled upon recently...

In order:
1- when you swipe up to close an app (only opened app) and press on the home screen window right after, there seems to be a conflict of animations.
2- when you press on a result in Spotlight before the bounce animation of Spotlight finishes, you get a massive amount of animation conflicts.
3- the alarm clock rotary (maybe all of the rotaries, but this is the only one I tested) seems to have weird physics and does strange things when you attempt to stop it mid-rotation.
4- Safari tabs in landscape: the page overlaps with the iCloud tabs text.
