I made a video in final cut express and made it a .mov file. I tried to upload it to youtube but it said it would take 3 hours so i used imovie 08 to upload it. I filmed in hd and edited in hd but now the youtube video doesn't have the hd quality or the option to have it. heres the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9BDurjHx4A how do you go from final cut express to youtube and keep it the same quality?
Also, i am thinking of being a film major but i am unsure of what program to use for editing. I like to film action clips such as snowboarding or skateboarding. What program would you recommend to edit these for a career in making videos for skateboard companies/a tv show?
