For years and years, I never considered using Mission Control.
However, I find myself with several browser windows open at once that I figured I could easily switch between in full-screen mode using Mission Control.
I have a few questions about how this all works...
1. Since I will be creating a few desktops with email for one, and a few others with different open browsers on them, is all this being counted as active programs against my CPU and memory even though I am only using one desktop at a time? It seems there will be a lot of active programs and I am just wondering how that is handled CPU and memory-wise.
2. I have auto-refresh extensions on Safari and Chrome that continually refresh browser pages so I don't get signed out of them and have to re-log back in. If those browsers are tucked away in a current unused Mission Control desktop, will they keep auto-refreshing in the background -or- do they become inactive once you switch away from their desktop?
Thanks in advance for the help
