I just bought a new 24" iMac from the Apple Store on the 15th, everytime I try to upgrade via apple.com to iLife 09' (it came with 08) it says it cant find my serial number, I read alot of other people having this issue I've called APPLE multiple times with no help at all, just curious if anyone knows what the deal is, if not I guess I'll just mail the form in

ilife 09 isn't out or shipping yet. It has simply been announced. There's no software download even available yet I don't think.
