Hi all,

So, I have a Kinesis Freeystle 2 Keyboard that I LOVE for at home use with my macbook pro setup. Unfortunately when I hook it up to my iPad using the new USB3 powered adapter...I can only use it when I plug in power to it.

I'm assuming the reason that is because the Freeystle 2 also functions as a USB hub.

I was hoping to find something that was similar without a hub that I *hope* could be self powered and wouldn't need an adapter when using with an iPad Pro USB3 adapter.

Anyways, does anyone know of anything? I found this: http://www.amazon.com/Goldtouch-GTU-0088-Adjustable-Comfort-Keyboard/dp/B005ZLTNN4
But, the reviews seem to state that it isn't friendly for mac short cuts.

I'm mostly interested in something thats full size but thin or foldable. Something that feels good to type on and isn't chicklet type keys. And yeah, something that doesn't have a USB hub ie. low power. Thanks!

Oh and lastly, Im not interested in bluetooth. I just find it to be a pain in the butt.
