I think I know the answer, but I am making sure by double-checking.

If I do a fresh install of 10.2, will it delete the data on my other two internal hard drives? I don't think so, but I have some important stuff... It is imparative that I know for sure :D

No, OS X will only overwrite the drive/partition you install it onto, and even then you can do an "Archive and Install" to preserve the info that was there before.

Your other two drives will be just fine.:)
