They're offering me it for $700 with a few scratches, no box, original wires, and no restore cd:
Processor 2.9ghz intel core i7
Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel HD graphics 4000 512 MB Software OS X 10.8.5 (12F45)
750GB of Space.
No Retina Display, and apple warranty isn't up until May, (no apple care).

It will be an upgrade from my 6yo Dell inspiron 1525 which originally came with windows vista basic, an intel core 2 duo processor T5750 @ 2.0GHz Installed memory RAM 3.0Gb, now with 64bit Wins 7 Ultimate.

Or should I just buy a new one?

700 for last years model isn't bad at all. People usually still ask for about 900 to 1000. But if there are no hardware issues, i would say that a pretty good price.

Excellent price!

Go for it!

(By the way there never was a restore CD with this model, all restoration is done over internet, oh and you can upgrade for free to 10.9 (Mavericks))
