A good (and cheap) photo editor (includes hipstamatic style)?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a cheap and inexpensive photo editor app for OSX. I especially would like to use a hipstamatic filter. Unfortunately I don't have an iPhone but would like to apply a hipstamatic filter to my pics. I've seen people recommend FX Photo Studio. Any other suggestions?
