Well, I am glad iPhone camera does videos too. =p

Four young men falsely accused of raping an 18-year-old student at Hofstra University were trying to return their lives to normal...

The woman recanted her story Wednesday after authorities told her that part of the incident was recorded on a cell phone video

Totally happened to a guy friend of mine, was accused by a girl with a fake ID and thank god that tour buses have cameras. And that someone was recording on a cell.

Happened to me once, I had to forcibly remove a young lady from our nightclub (with minimal force of course). So she turned around and accused me of rape  Thank God for security cameras.

Clearly, I mean taking hold of someone's arm and sticking your penis inside them is almost indistinguishable at the best of times!

I have four simple rules I try to live my life by.

Always be honest.
Always try to give more than I receive.
Always record gangbangs with iphone.
Always be optimistic.

Have never had a problem.

I hope the 4 guys sue the crap out of the girl and sadly I think the police force may need to be sued here. But the girl big time.

It annoys me that a girl can press charges of rape and really not much oa defense for the guys. They are guilty until proven innocent here.

What is wrong with people? That's just sick when you accuse someone of doing this knowing it's a lie.

Unfortunately it happens all the time.

To me it's the cruelist thing you can do to real rape victims. Because whenever cases like this comes up, it will be even harder to make the cops take report (or how do you put that in english?).

Some years ago here in Denmark we had an ongoing story (it ran for several months and even made it to trial) that some cops were forcing hookers to perform fellatio and would sometimes rape the street hookers. It was huge, and eventually one of the accused cops killed himself.

As it turned out, it was a dimwitted reporter who simply took the hooker's word for it and ran with it. He even paid her some of the times to do further interviews with her (ethics, man!).

It turned out to be all lies upon lies.

What do that reporter do now? Well, he has a very cushioned job as a teacher. In journalism.

Sorry, I know it's anecdotal, but it goes to show much false accusations can screw up people's lives.
