Hey all, I was hoping I could get help deciding on what kind of USB audio interface i should use for my MacBook. I would like to plug in my electric guitar as well as my dynamic mic into the interface so I can record 2 separate tracks at once in GarageBand.
My MacBook is the White 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 4 GB of RAM, running Snow Leopard 10.6.2
I've been looking around online, and two products have caught my eye: The M-Audio FastTrack (http://store.apple.com/ca/product/TB084LL/A?mco=MTQyMDU1MTA), and the TASCAM US-144 (http://www.tascam.com/products/us-144.html), and to me, it looks like the TASCAM US-144 looks more promising.
Can anyone help? I'm looking to spend $100 - $150 canadian on this.
