A hand off problem

Here is my problem
I have a Mac Pro 13 and a iPhone 6 running IOS 8.02 , OS X Yosemite ,the hand off works perfect.

My wife has a MacBook Pro 13 and a iPhone 5s running IOS 8.02, OS X Yosemite the hand off does not work everything else seems to be working Very well, does anyone have any ideas what is wrong ?

Likely it will be the iCloud id and/or Applied aren't in agreement between the devices, I've just found the same in getting Calls via my iPhone working, FaceTime, iCloud, AppleID, Contacts all had to agree....
