A helping hand with Adium Emoicon Set

I have tried to make a set of emoticons for Adium for me and a friend, but am failing with distinction. Everytime I try to install the set, it deletes all of the .png and /gif files in the set but leaves the .plist, what could be wrong

Could one of you clever guys please have a go at helping me if I sent you the folder with the images and .plist please?
