I've noticed a number of threads about bugged apps and I'd like to contain them all in a single thread. If you could post the following information in response, I'll have them added to this post as we go.

Bare in mind that the version number is important, as the app may have been updated. Plus I'm sure we are all well aware that there is a backlog of app reviews on Apples part right now. Of course, I'd recommend that you also submit the problem to the author through the app store in addition. The idea of this thread, however is to save people from purchasing an app which may currently be bugged.
TIP: If the app does not report the version number, first make sure it is the latest version, and search for the app on the app store. Version number is shown at the bottom of the app's page.

- App view is appears to have shifted upwards (as if it is ignoring the OS status bar).
AroundMe [3.0.0 (iPhone OS 3.0 Tested)]:
- Some custom locations cause the app to crash (problem experienced after searching for and choosing Oulton Broad, Suffolk).
