Just notice this second before. Notification centre in landscape mode is different from the one in portrait mode.

In landcape mode, Calendar and Today/Tomorrow is put at the left, while widgets and notifications are put at right. This is not available in iOS 8 so this should be a new view under iOS 9.

Anyone could see this?

Yeah. When I first saw it I thought it was great, but I don't think that it's a good idea to have the widgets on that tiny area on the right. Sure, it's more organised, but most of my widgets can't fit in that area.

Hmm, maybe this is a problem. And some of my widgets are not fitted that area as well, although, right, they cannot use such huge space on iPad since they may simply "borrow" designs on iPhone unchanged.

The issue with this is they have reduced the width of each column to make it fit but this is still the case with the single column in portrait. It means there is less width for widgets and I hope this is resolved soon.
