When I load themes for keyboard, dialer or weather they never change. The winterboard themes work for the homescreen nd lock screen. I have an iPhone 4. any ideas?

Many themes are not updated for 4.0 firmware.
And other than iAccess keyboard themes, no keyboard themes have worked since 2.x.x firmware.
