A little help please?

How do I change "Holidays in the United States" (http://imgur.com/28nZTma)? Whenever I send or receive emails via gmail, that shows up instead of my name. I've gone into settings but can't find anywhere to change my name there.

Also, can someone suggest a youtube video downloader that works well on mac or comes in the form of an app? Im trying to make a presentation that includes a video that needs to be shown offline.

if you use the apple Mail app, you can just change the signature?
What the youtube downloader concerns, i use firefox as webbrowser, and there in the addons you may want to download "ANT video downloader" it converts & downloads from every site, even youtube.

Once you start playing a youtube video, you can just download with one click
